Mass Flow Controller is a closed loop device that helps to measure, set
and control the flow of a particular liquid or gas. Every mass flow controller
comprises of inlet port, outlet port, mass flow sensor and a proportional

system and adjusts the proportional valve accordingly to achieve the
required flow.
